What a nice start to the year. Two client feedbacks:

One charity with ailing legacy income. After some incredibly straighforward steps, which have been sustained over four years, legacy income has doubled to £4 million.

One arts organisation. Following focus groups, I rashly said that there might well be over £20 million of legacies in their membership. They have already got pledges of almost £20 million after seven years. Why? in my view not only is the campaign a sustained one but the legacy contact is well known to the membership and has been in post many years so trust and confidence is running high.
