So how do you feel about the UK being forced to adopt “Napoloeonic inheritance laws”? It is not happening yet but it might. This could be one of the biggest long term threats to legacy income. 5% of French adults have a Will (but it is increasing) – there is no need to have a Will becuase inheritance rules are predefined.
